Alappuzha: The Kerala Tourism department is organising the folklore festival titled ‘UTSAVAM’ across the state. The 13th edition of the festival UTSAVAM is being held in all 14 districts.
The 7 day-long folklore festival comprises a plethora of folk art forms featuring renowned performers.
The festival will draw curtains on February 26, Friday.
