Seethathodu (Pathanamthitta): After a long gap, Gavi eco-tourism centre was opened for tourists. Entry to Gavi was banned for about 6 months after the COVID outbreak. Now tourists are allowed adhering to COVID protocol.

- Only cars and jeeps are allowed to enter.
- Those who book via online can enter Gavi through Kiliyerinjamkallu checkpost till 11.30 in the morning only.
This season is the best time to watch the scenic beauty of Gavi. Presence of mist and rain offers a unique experience. As the area was closed for a long time, the threat from wild animals can be high. A journey to Gavi now can be an adventurous trip by all means.
