Nadukani ghat road wooing tourists with fantastic scenery
With the onset of monsoon, the Nadukani ghat road is wooing tourists with beautiful cloudy skies offering fantastic views above the Western Ghats.
Every day, the hide-and-seek game between the dark clouds and the bright sun creates masterpieces for travelers to awe at.
Spotting the cottony clouds above is a unique experience from here. The distant view Panthalloor, Munderi, Erumamunda, Pathar and Karulayi adds life to the mesmerizing scene.
Travelers can take enjoy the scenery and take in the experience from six points on the stretch including View Point and Ambalamukku.
Many people, including families have been flocking these areas to enjoy the spectacular views, particularly in the evenings.
The crowd start arriving here around 3 pm in the evening. The ghat road is 14 km long. At present the Nadukani - Parappanangadi road is under maintenance. Once the work is complete, more visitors are expected to arrive here.
The people are also seeking sitting arrangements at view points and other spots so that people can spend more time enjoying the natural beauty.
