Worried about potential damage to FIFA-approved football turf in Kochi: Sachin
Mumbai: Cricket legend and Kerala Blasters FC co-owner Sachin Tendulkar has clarified his stand on the row generated over the move to hold the ODI between India and West Indies at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium at Kaloor in Kochi.
Sachin responded in his official twitter page that he is worried about the potential damage to the FIFA-approved world class football turf in Kochi.
Urging the Kerala Cricket Association to take the right decision on the issue as soon as possible, Sachin said that Football can be conducted at Kochi and Cricket at Thiruvananthapuram.
