Tokyo Olympics: Sachin shares heart-warming message to Indian athletes

Cricket legend, Sachin Tendulkar on Monday shared via twitter, a heartwarming message to all Indian athletes who are taking part in Tokyo Olympics. Cheering for India, Sachin talks about the challenge, and asks for the support of the country. The short video was posted by BCCI under the tag #Cheer4India.

The BCCI also shared a similar video, including Indian Cricket team cheering for the Tokyo bound athletes.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, India have managed to send a 119 strong contingent to Tokyo. They will be competing in 85 medal events. The olympics will commence from July 23, with an opening ceremony to be hosted at National Stadium in Tokyo. The closing ceremony would also be held at the same venue on August 8.
