IPS officer Rupin Sharma had posted a picture of a beedi packet in India bearing Lionel Messi's photo and name. "Messi's first endorsement in India", Rupin Sharma tweeted on Tuesday.
The post went viral in social media on a time Messi gets celebrated after the Copa America victory.
The Argentinian football icon Lionel Messi won the first trophy with his national team in the Copa America 2021 final on Saturday. He was named to the Ballon d'Or Dream team in 2020 and won a record of six Ballon d'Or awards and six European Golden Shoes.
