Kochi: Wishes pour in for Kerala Blasters ahead of their much anticipated Indian Super League final against Hyderbad FC in Goa here on Sunday. While actor Mammootty greeted the Blasters through a Facebook post, director and actor Lal arrived in Goa to watch the match live.
"Like the Malayalees all over the world, I am with the Kerala team that is going battle out in the tournament. May this night be of joy for us. Wishing good luck to the Kerala Blasters team," Mammootty wrote on his Facebook handle.
Actor Lal who reached Goa to watch the match also extended his greetings to the team.
"I'm passionate about football since my childhood. There are days when I played football until eight at night. Blasters are destined to win the title this time around. We need to be there to witness the moment. The fans have always played a part in supporting the club. That enthusiasm contributes to their success," Lal told Mathrubhumi News.
