Hyderabad: Points and pride were shared by Hyderabad FC and Jamshedpur FC in the Indian Super League (ISL) at GMC Balayogi Athletic stadium here on Thursday.
Nestor Jesus Benitez gave the home side the lead in the 39th minute. For the first time this season, Hyderabad had a lead to protect at half time and looked likely to keep a clean sheet, also for the first time in season.
However, Sumeet Passi equalised in added time from a Noe Acosta free-kick to deny Hyderabad their second victory and gain Jamshedpur a point.
The result did not make any changes in the ISL table as Hyderabad remained rock bottom with just seven points from 17 games. Jamshedpur remained 7th with 18 points from 17 games.
With only one game to go, Hyderabad are in danger of registering the worst campaign in the ISL, a dubious record that is held by Chennaiyin FC who managed to win just nine points last season.
