Bengaluru: The much-awaited knockout match between Bengaluru FC and Kerala Blasters FC (KBFC) of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 season on Friday ended in high-voltage drama, leaving implications and interpretations.

KBFC left the ground after Bengaluru FC’s controversial goal in the extra-time.

The game referee declared Bengaluru FC the winner as KBFC did not turn up even after 120 minutes.

With this, KBFC is out of the tournament, while Bengaluru FC entered the semifinals.
