Mumbai: Full-back Rahul Bheke scored in second half of extra time as Bengaluru FC edged past FC Goa 1-0 to lift their first Indian Super League (ISL) title, here on Sunday.

The match went into extra time after both teams failed to score in the stipulated 90 minutes. The game which went back and forth was never short of excitement or incidents.

In the 105th minute, Ahmed Jahouh was given the marching orders following a second yellow card. It turned out to be a blessing for Bengaluru who made the most of their numerical advantage.
