ATKMB started the second half strongly and were rewarded for their efforts in the 54th minute as Manvir Singh scored his second of the night.
A long ball found Roy Krishna, who held it well and turned his marker. He dribbled forward down the middle before sliding a pass to Manvir Singh inside the penalty box on the right. The striker fired the ball low into the goal with venom. Arshdeep Singh was beaten at his near post as the ball went into the goal underneath him.
Odisha could not take their chances as Roy Krishna made it 3-1 from the penalty spot in the 83rd minute.
The referee adjudged that Cole Alexander had handled the ball inside the Odisha penalty box trying to defend an attempted cross from Pronay Halder in the middle. Replays showed that it was a poor decision. Roy Krishna stepped up and fired the ball home.
Roy Krishna completed his double just three minutes later.
The result did not make any changes in the ISL table. Mohun Bagan remained 2nd with 30 points from 15 games. Odisha remained rooted to the bottom in 11th spot with just 8 points from 15 games.
