Karachi: Kerala born Pakistan political leader and journalist B. M. Kutti passed away.
A native of Vailathur in Tirur, Malappuram district, Beeyathul Mohiyudeen Kutty was 90. He has reported for Mathrubhumi from Pakistan.
Born in 1930, Kutti has been a part of several political movements in Pakistan. He has worked for several Leftist parties in Pakistan including Awami League, National Democratic Party and Pakistan National Party.
Kutty served as the political advisor to Balochistan governor G. B. Bizenjo. He was the secretary general of Pakistan peace coalition and director of Pakistan Labour Education and Research.
His book titled ‘Sixty Years in Self Exile – A Political Autobiography’ has gained recognition.
