Kanjirappally (Kottayam): A youth has made it to the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records by drawing pictures of the Presidents of India in inverted portrait method.

Idukki Parathode native Ameen Subair (20) obtained the records by drawing pictures of Dr Rajendra Prasad, Zakir Hussain, Giani Zail Singh, K R Narayanan and Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Pratibha Patil, Ram Nath Kovind and others.

The officials had allowed 7 days to complete the performance. But Ameen completed the pictures within three days in inverted portrait mode. He drew the pictures on paper using pencil and this can be viewed in normal mode through a negative app on mobile phone.

Ameen Subair is son of late Subair and Beena. He is second year B.Tech student at Amal Jyothi Engineering College. On knowing about his achievement, Parathode Public Library authorities honoured Ameen at an event.
