Magician Gopinath Muthukad enjoys work from home amid lockdown
Thiruvananthapuram: Magician and motivation speaker Gopinath Muthukad also started to work from home after government imposed a lockdown to control the spread of COVID-19. He has already closed down his magic academy and magic planet. He revealed that he is doing all the works at these two institutes from home.
He has also teamed up with the health department to create awareness on the disease among the public. For this purpose, he has been doing some magic performances through Facebook.
The popular magician also revealed his excitement to be one among the people who are engaged in work from home.
“Once I visited my friend Hari in the US. During that time, work from home is a popular trend in the US. Like going for duty, they do their office work at home as per the office time. They will be back to their family matters once the office time is over. Now, we have to get inspired by them while working from home,” said Muthukad.
He added that he is following his daily routine without any changes.
“I wake up at 5.15 am. I am still following the same lifestyle as an office-going employee. I think we must be serious about our work while working from home. It may be a simple task but we have to be serious,” said Muthukad.
“If we go lazy, it will affect us. Our whole life will change within the 21 days of lockdown. So taking care of children is very important in this matter. We must inspire them to engage in some positive tasks rather than sitting idle,” the magician appealed.
At the same time, he also pointed out that work from home will help us to build our family relationships stronger.
“I am happy that now I can spend more time with my son Vismay. He is studying in 10th standard at Army School. Now, I can find time to read a lot. The interesting part of this lockdown is that we can spend time for our personal matters,” he added.
With the lockdown, Gopinath Muthukad has started to write his autobiography which reveals his life in the capital city.
