Kannur girl bags records by drawing large painting of Ardhanareeswaran
Parassinikkadavu (Kannur): A girl has obtained several records by drawing a huge painting of Ardhanareeswaran (composite form of God Siva and Goddess Parvathy depicted as a half-male and half-female figure).
Parassinikkadavu native Snamya Chandran bagged the India Book of Record and Asia Book of Record’s Grand Master title for the largest painting of Ardhanareeswaran.
The mural painting was drawn using acrylic paint on a large canvas that has a height of 8 feet and width of 6 feet. It took about five months to complete the painting.
Snamya is a visual media graduate. She is daughter of Mambala native Chandradas and Sobha.
