Jaimon grabs attention yet again; this time by creating a motorbike using wood
Kottayam: After creating many records by constructing a massive star, Jaimon has made news yet again by constructing a motorbike using wood.
Kottayam native Jaimon Joseph has made a motorbike with wood by making use of his free time during the pandemic. The wooden bike weighs 120 kg. He made the bike using a scraper, billhook and an axe. He used timber from mahogany and rubber trees.
Jaimon completed the work in 3 months. His love for a bike that he bought in 2001 is what motivated him to build the replica of the same bike using wood. The wooden bike can also be used as a teapoy in the visiting room if the seat is removed.
Jaimon found his way into the India Book of Records and Arabian World Record after setting up a 108.9 foot-tall star in Poozhikol St. Antony’s Church during last Christmas. This star is being considered by the Guinness World Records as well. Jaimon is an employee of Poonjar St. Antony’s School.
