Arikkulam (Kozhikode): If Karayad native Gopalan gets coconut shells, he do not waste it but makes beautiful handicraft items from it. During the COVID lockdown period, he made nearly 50 handicraft items from coconut shells.
Gopalan works as a security guard at Dwaraka movie theater in Koyilandi. Though he used to make coconut shell crafts for a long time, he could make so many items during the lockdown period.
