Kochi: Fashion designer Anusree is bringing out our diversity and different artforms into jewellery. The ‘eco-friendly’ making style of the ‘Praptvi’ jewellery collection owned by Anusree catches the attention of modern girls who like variety in traditional style.
Eco-friendly fashions like paper jewellery and fabric jewellery are very popular among girls today. The eco-friendly handcrafted fabric jewellery is a huge hit now. The jewellery of Durga and Kathakali figures made of Kalamkari fabric gives a super look with contemporary outfits and ethnic wear.
Anusree graduated in fashion designing from Chennai NIFT. She initially started making this jewellery for herself. Later, it was introduced under the name Praptvi. Jewellery making that started with printed fabric has now shifted to painted jewellery. She takes orders as well now.
