Dineshan Ulliyeri breathes last on stage
His life came to an end when he was acting on the stage. The audience were enjoying the scenes without knowing the tragedy. Drama actor Dineshan Ulliyeri (48) who passed away while acting in Goa made drama lovers heavyhearted.
Dineshan and team had reached there to act in a drama titled ‘Kalam ezhuthiya yudhakantam’ organized by Kozhikode Ponnam Theatres at Goa Malayali Samajam Vasco. Dineshan had played a humorous character Kunjiraman in the drama. He fainted while acting a humorous scene. Even then, the audience didn’t understand that the actor has breathed his last on the stage. They knew it when an announcement came after putting down the curtain. Though, they took him to a nearest hospital, he couldn’t be saved.
Dineshan had been in the drama field for 20 years. He started his acting career through a drama titled ‘Sooryahridayam’ by Pookkad Kalalayam’. He started to be part of professional dramas through Kozhikode Malabar Theatre’s ‘Kandam Bacha Kott’.
