UAE crown prince interacts with Keralite healthcare worker
Abu Dhabi: UAE deputy supreme commander of Armed Forces and crown prince, Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, interacted with a Keralite healthcare worker regarding COVID-19 relief works and expressed gratitude for his service. Shaikh Mohammed interacted with Meenadam native Arun Eappen through video conferencing. The complete video was released by UAE's official news agency. Shaikh Tayyab Bin Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikha Salama Bint Mohammed Bin Hamad Al Nahyan were also present in the video conference.
The video conference started by Shaikh Mohammed addressing Arun by his name. He then asked the Keralite healthcare worker about his job and about his family. Arun told him that he was able to do his job well due to god’s blessings and that he regularly communicated with his family to reduce their anxiety about him.
Shaikh Mohammed then asked Arun to talk about his experiences while working in UAE. Calling UAE his second home, Arun expressed his gratitude for giving him the opportunity to make use of his experience in the medical field of the country. He said that this is a time everybody has to stand up for those who have been affected by the disease and that they are giving the patients mental support along with treatment for the disease.
Shaikh Mohammed told Arun that he is indeed staying at his second home and ended the conversation by offering best wishes to him and his family.
