Shaikh Sultan Abdulla Salem Sultan Al Qassimi to inaugurate Kerala Property Expo on Nov 26
Sharjah: It is the dream of every expatriate to have a house of their own back in their homeland. Mathrubhumi.com is now paving the way for many to inch closer to their dreams of a new home. Mathrubhumi.com is hosting the third season of the Kerala Property Expo at Sharjah Expo Center in Sharjah on November 26 and 27. The expo will be inaugurated by Shaikh Sultan Abdulla Salem Sultan Al Qassimi, a member of the Sharjah royal family.
There will be more than 60 stalls installed from various parts of Kerala in the property expo that is being organised with the help of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India). The previous seasons of the property expo have proved to be useful for expatriate Malayalis and builders alike. Hundreds of people rushed in from various emirates in the UAE to see the expo.
Kerala Property Expo is being organised inside hall number 5 at Sharjah Expo Center. This is the first time the expo is being held after the Covid pandemic. The builders from various districts of Kerala including Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Kannur and Thrissur will take part in the expo.
The expo will have stalls of service apartments, shopping centres, and interior decoration along with finished and under-construction flats and villas. Expatriates from Kerala can easily understand in detail the best schemes in Kerala. The property of one’s liking can be booked in Sharjah itself. The expo will also have brands from the banking and finance departments. This facility can be used to learn more about housing loans.
Kerala Property Expo provides a great experience for builders to meet and interact with prospective buyers. Kerala Property Expo also introduces expatriate Malayalis to properties that can turn into great assets through real estate in the future and also show them directly how each project benefits the investors.
Sharjah Expo Center has a wide car-parking facility and it is also free.
