Palakkad native working in Saudi charred to death following road accident

Jubail (Saudi Arabia): A Malayali expatriate was charred to death as the petrol tanker lorry he was travelling in caught fire. The deceased is Kallekulangara (Palakkad) native Anilkumar Devan Nair. He was 56.

The accident happened on the Jubail-Abu Hadriyah road. The tanker was filled with petrol. It met with an accident and caught fire. The tanker was completely destroyed in the fire.

Anil has worked in Saudi Arabia for the past 14 years. The mortal remains, kept in the mortuary of Jubail general hospital, will be brought home following the procedure.
