Oman Air suspends flights to Kozhikode
Muscat: Following suspension of Boeing 737- Max 8 aircrafts, Oman Air has cancelled flights to Kozhikode. Air services to many countries were also cancelled from Thursday till Saturday. A total of 56 services were cancelled.
Oman Air cancelled 14, 18 and 24 services on Thursday, Friday and Saturday respectively. The cancelled services include flights to Kozhikode, Salalah, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Zanzibar.
Gulf countries have grounded Boeing 737 Max 8 aircrafts following the plane crash in Ethiopia. The Public Authority for Civil Aviation has banned the air services of various airlines to Oman following the accident.
