Tanisha Kundu
Kottayam: Malayali woman Tanisha Kundu has won the Miss Beautiful Face title in the 40th edition of Miss India USA. She won the title in the coveted annual pageant held at Royal Albert's Palace in New Jersey. Interestingly, she has been selected by the jury among 74 contestants from 30 states.
She is daughter of late NN Narayana Sharma (popularly known as Sharma sir) of Kottayam’s Ettumanoor and Manjima Kaushik, who now stays in Texas.
Tanisha earned the title with a self-choreographed dance based on martial art karate, under the miss talent category.
She earlier earned Miss Talent and First Runner-up titles in Miss India Texas
