Malayali woman, son killed in accident in Saudi Arabia


Her Husband and their other son are undergoing treatment at Kunfuda general hospital

Kunfuda: In a tragic incident, a woman from Malappuram and her son were killed after the car in which they were travelling rammed into the back of a trailer. Her husband and their other son are undergoing treatment. The family had come to Saudi Arabia on a visiting visa just two days ago.

The victims were identified as Shahara Banu (30), wife of Isahakh, resident of Kottumala in Vengara and her son Muhammad Shan (11).

The accident took place around 10 pm local time. The family was travelling from Al Quoz to Halali to meet Isahakh’s brother. While driving the vehicle, Isahakh tried to put on the seatbelt for Muhammad Shan, who was in the passenger seat. The distraction caused the vehicle to ram into the trailer plying ahead of them.

Isahakh and their other son are undergoing treatment at Kunfuda general hospital, where the bodies have been kept.
