Malappuram native dies in road accident in Umm Al Qaiwain

Umm Al Qaiwain (UAE): A Malayali man was killed in a vehicle accident in Umm Al Qaiwain on Friday. The deceased has been identified as TT Jaseem (32), a native of Valanchery, Malappuram.

As per reports, the man, who was standing along with his mother on a footpath, got hit by a vehicle that went out of control. A resident of Dubai, Jaseem had arrived at Umm Al Qaiwain to celebrate Eid with his family.

Meanwhile, efforts are underway to bring the body, which has been kept at a hospital in Umm Al Qaiwain, back to Kerala.

Jaseem is survived by his wife Zeenath and children Yamin and Filsha.
