Dubai: In a suspected suicide incident, a Kollam native was found dead in Karama in Dubai. The deceased is D Sreekumar (46), a native of Anchalummoodu in Kollam.
He was found dead at his residence in the early hours of Sunday.
Sreekumar, an electrical engineer, had been in Dubai for over 12 years before returning home five years ago. Two months ago, he arrived back in Dubai on a visitor visa.
Left behind in the wake of this tragedy are his wife, Sinemol, and their two children. Sreekumar was the son of the late Dhanapalan and Lakshmikutty. He has two siblings.
