Coronavirus: Saudi Arabia suspends domestic flights, public transport
Riyadh: In the wake of coronavirus outbreak, Saudi Arabia has suspended domestic flights, trains, buses and taxis for 14 days with effect from March 21, Saturday 6 am.
Authorities have informed that vehicles used for essential services can conduct services. Strict restrictions have been imposed on public against wandering outside unnecessarily.
Saudi has already stopped international flight services.
Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health has confirmed 274 COVID-19 cases so far and no deaths, while globally the pandemic has killed nearly 10,000 and infected over 240,000.
