Ajman: BDJS leader Thushar Vellapally who was trapped at Ajman in UAE in a cheque bounce case will file a case against Nazil Abdulla who had filed the cheque bounce case against him.
Complaint will be filed under the section of conspiracy and forged documents. These sections could invite 3-5-year jail term for Nazil.
The cheque bounce case charged against Thushar Vellapally was quashed by the Ajman court after it found out that the documents submitted by the complainant Nazil Abdulla were not trustworthy.
Following this, Thushar got back his passport, which was surrendered in the court for granting bail enabling him to travel outside UAE.
The court accepted Thushar’s argument that he had not given a cheque to Nazil Abdulla. Earlier, Thushar had tried for an out of court settlement of the case. But after some time, he did not go forward with the attempt and seemed confident to win the case in the court.
