New Delhi: As many as 25 Indian passengers including five Malayali MBBS students are trapped at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow of Russia. They told Mathrubhumi News that they were unable to contact the Indian Embassy in Moscow.
They are the passengers of the Aeroflot flight from Moscow to Delhi. They said that they were not allowed to board the flight even after completing check-in and security screening at the airport in the morning.
As the emigration was completed, the passengers were not allowed to go out of the airport. As they lost their luggage, most of them do not have sufficient amount of money. Meanwhile, airport authorities explained that the passengers were late to arrive.
The passengers said that the flight company asked them to take new tickets and continue journey. Though they tried to contact the Indian Embassy, the numbers given in the website do not function, they pointed out.
