New Delhi: The pleas related to the EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) pension will not be considered by the Supreme Court on Monday.

Though it was informed that the apex court will consider the cases on January 25, now it is showing on the website of the Supreme Court that the pleas are likely to be considered on January 29.

Earlier, a three-member bench headed by Justice U U Lalit had directed on January 18 to list the cases before another suitable bench on January 25.

However, when the order was released the date was marked as January 29 in it. Also the same date is mentioned on the website. So, the cases are likely to be considered on January 29.
