Eloor: The union government’s Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) headquartered in Kochi has fetched Rs 281.59 crore profit in the first half of the business year (H1) 2022-23. The sales revenue during the period was Rs 3,275 crore. Interestingly, this is the company's all-time-high profit during H1.
In the corresponding period of the last fiscal year, the profit was Rs 76.25 crore. While, sales revenue was Rs 1,574 crore.
The achievement was attributed to a long-term contract for the procurement of raw materials and improved performance.
