Banks to remain closed for 11 days in April

Banks will operate only four days in the first three weeks of April 2023. The week begins on April 3 has working days only on April 3, 4, 5 and 6. The bank will remain closed on April 7 and 8 due to Good Friday and second Saturday, respectively.

The commercial and cooperative banks will be closed on April 1 in view of the annual closing of accounts.

In the second week, the bank will not open on April 9 (Easter), 14 (Ambedkar Jayanti) and 15 (Vishu).

As Eid-ul-Fitrr and the fourth Saturday fall on April 21 and 22, the banks will be closed on these days in the third week. However, the Primary Cooperative Banks will be working on the fourth Saturday.
