Palakkad: A former Yuva Morcha leader was found dead in a pond at Kizhakkanchery near here. The deceased is identified as Mampad native Sandeep (33).
Sandeep was former Yova Morcha panchayat committee president. He was missing since the last day. The search team found his body in the Kattukulangara Bhagavathi temple pond.
He was an active worker of Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of BJP, for a long time.
