YouTube vlogger found dead at tourist home in Aluva

Aluva: A YouTube vlogger was found dead at a tourist home in Aluva on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Abdul Shukkur (49), a Thrikkakara native, popularly known for his youtube channel 'Njan Oru Kakkanadan'.

The letter found in the room revealed that he was broke and had threats from the Blade mafia to return borrowed money. He had borrowed Rs 5 lakh in 2015 from a private financier. The letter further states that his family too faced threats from blade mafia despite him returning around Rs 15 lakh with interest.

Shukkur rented a room in a tourist home near the Aluva Railway Station three days ago. He was found dead late on Wednesday night by an employee of the tourist home.
