Aroor: A youth was found murdered at Aroor in Alappuzha on Thursday. Chandiroor native Felix was spotted dead with severe injuries on his face and head. Police have taken an acquaintance of the deceased under custody.
Felix and his friends returned to Chandiroor from Munnar on the previous day. The natives claimed that they consumed liquor from an abandoned plot in the locality on the same day. Later, Felix was found dead with fatal injuries on his face and head. Though he was rushed to hospital, his life could not be saved.
Police said that Felix’s head was crushed with a stone. Police have launched an investigation in the case.
