Adoor: A youth who was released on bail for molesting a 17-year-old girl was booked again for committing the same crime in Adoor. The accused has been identified as Ajith (21), a resident of Punalur.
Ajith, who had been remanded in the first case was released on bail recently. Following which, he befriended another girl via social media and molested her.
Six months ago, Ajith had sexually assaulted a minor girl after pretending to be in love with her. He also took the girl’s gold by threatening to circulate her nude pictures on social media.
The arrest was recorded by a team, led by Adoor DySP R Binu, consisting of CI TD Prajeesh, SI M Maneesh, CPOs Roby Isaac, Sreejith and S Anoopa.
