Thiruvananthapuram: A youth was found hanging inside a building under construction on College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) campus in Sreekariyam on Wednesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Malappuram native Shamsuddeen, an employee of the Government Industrial Training Institution in Chackai.
He was a part-time student at the college. He attended the classes on Tuesday evening, according to his classmates.
