Kottayam: A young woman named Athira, a native of Kothanalloor in Kaduthuruthy, killed herself after being frustrated by cyber abuse.

Athira had filed a complaint with the Kaduthuruthy police station against Arun Vidyadharan, a friend of hers, accusing him of abusing her on Facebook.

She claimed that Arun had posted pictures of them from the time they were close and was humiliating her through social media.
