Kottarakkara (Kollam): A young advocate was found dead at her home here on Thursday afternoon. The deceased is Kudavattoor naive Ashtami (25).
The neighbours said that she was seen outside the house hours before death. They added that Ashtami was seen disturbed after talking to someone over phone.
Her mother was not at home when the incident happened. When she returned home, Ashtami was found hanging in the bedroom. Though she was rushed to the hospital, she could not be saved.
Police have started an investigation into the death focussing on the phone call details of Ashtami.
