Vijay Babu
Kochi: Police will question young Malayalam actor, a friend of Vijay Babu, who delivered credit cards to the rape case accused actor and director while he was in hiding. The interrogation will be held after the Thrikkakara byelections. Vijay Babu had earlier informed the High Court that he will arrive in Kerala on May 30. It is doubted whether he will extend his stay abroad by cancelling the ticket and postponing the journey.
Vijay Babu, who has been in hiding for over a month now, asked his friend, an actor, to hand over credit cards to him after he ran out of liquid money. Vijay Babu’s relative took the cards to the young actor who was on the sets of a movie in Kodungalloor. The actor then delivered the cards to Vijay upon arriving in Dubai. It is hinted that Vijay Babu is plotting to stay abroad until he gets anticipatory bail in the case. Police have found out that several others have helped Vijay who will also be questioned in the coming days.
