Alaluddin at Muvattupuzha branch of Bank of Baroda
Muvattupuzha: When migrant labourer Alaluddin (40) turned a millionaire unexpectedly, a sudden chill ran down his spine. However, he soon recovered his self and headed to the Muvattupuzha police station controlling his happiness. From there he handed over his winning lottery ticket to the PRO Anilkumar. Alaluddin had won the Karunya lottery ticket worth Rs 80 lakhs on Thursday.
After inspecting his lottery ticket and other documents, police took him to the Muvattupuzha branch of the Bank of Baroda and elaborated everything to the manager Bijomon. The manager received the lottery ticket and handed over a receipt. It was the first day of Bijomon at the Muvattupuzha branch of Bank of Baroda and the day became a momentous one for him. The further proceedings will be completed by Friday.
PRO SI Anilkumar informed Mathrubhumi that it was one of the rare incidents that happened in his life. Alaluddin from Nagaon in Assam has been in Kerala for 15 years. He is engaged in timber works by residing at Paezhakkappilly in Muvattupuzha. His family including his wife and two children are in Assam.
