Kozhikode: In a tragic incident, a woman and her seven-month-old infant were found dead in a well at Vattoli, Kozhikode. The deceased have been identified as Vismaya, a native of Maniyoor, and her daughter.
According to preliminary reports, Vismaya had jumped into the well along with her baby on Sunday morning.
Their bodies were taken out with the assistance of Nadapuram fire brigade and have been shifted to Kuttiyadi Government Hospital.
As per assumptions, family issues had forced the woman to commit suicide.
