Wayanad: Police nabbed a 26-year-old woman who eloped to Wayanad with her lover abandoning her three children. A Koorachundu native woman and her boyfriend were caught from Vythiri in Wayanad.
The woman went missing on May 4 and subsequently her relatives lodged a complaint at the police station as per the demand of her husband who is working abroad.
Police registered a case against the woman for deserting her children and booked her friend for incitement to offence.
The accused were remanded after producing them at Perambra court.
