Thiruvananthapuram: The complaintant in a sexual assault case against Kerala Janapaksham (Secular) leader PC George said she would approach High Court against bail granted to the former MLA. I got enough evidence to prove that he is guilty. It was my voice in the recordings released earlier, she added.

"The bail was granted due to the late submission of the complaint. After the incident, I was undergoing treatment. I lodged a complaint after getting discharged from the hospital. Even before that, I told my experience to a relative," she said.

"I am not saying there was a mistake on the part of police and court. However, the court could have heard what I have to say on the matter," she said. She also dismissed George's claim that he spoke decently to her. She also questioned the decision to grant bail to PC George in a case registered under non-bailable charges.
