Thrissur: The results of the polygraph test conducted on the accused in Wadakkanchery rape case have been handed over to the police and the court.
The polygraph test was conducted on CPM councillor Jayanthan, Bineesh, Jineesh and Shibhu, who were named as accused in the case. However, police have not obtained any evidence from the polygraph test which connects the accused to the case.
The report says that the complainants are not cooperating with the case.
Hence, the police is likely to adopt the stand in the court that it is difficult to go ahead with the case.
The victim had alleged that she was gang-raped by four men, two years ago. The issue hit the headlines following a Facebook post by film dubbing artiste Bhagyalakshmi.
