Thiruvananthapuram: CPI (M) Kerala interim state secretary A Vijayaraghavan said that he will reveal his opinion about the Vigilance raid in Kerala State Financial Enterprises (KSFE) after discussing various reactions including that of Finance Minister Thomas Isaac.
“Different reactions have come out. We are yet to discuss the reactions. Only after discussion can we speak about the matter,” Vijayaraghavan said.
The CPI (M) leader also said that the Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala’s statements about Vigilance had double standards.
The Opposition leader says many things. He supports Vigilance when the investigation is against the Left parties but opposes the department when the probe is against himself. Chennithala gives his opinion on the basis of whether it will benefit him and not based on fact, Vijayaraghavan said in response to queries from the media.
Responding to controversies over the Solar case, Vijayaraghavan said that actions will be taken according to the investigation report. However, Vijayaraghavan evaded questions regarding K. M. Mani in the bar bribery scam case.
