Guruvayur: A video of a girl enjoying a dance performance at Melpathur Auditorium of Guruvayur temple went viral on social media and it won the hearts of netizens.
The girl happens to be part of a vagabond group involved in street vending of items like ribbon, hair bun and chain. Her name is Harthi and hails from Rajasthan. She is 12 and daughter of couple Samay and Pinky.
The girl’s was video captured by someone watching the arangettam (debut on-stage performance) at the auditorium.
It can be seen in the video that the girl was totally lost in her own world enjoying the performance. The video went viral and a tender coconut seller who happened to see it had reportedly shown the video to her.
At present, she and her family are out-of-stations for native. It is learnt that they will return to Guruvayur within a few days. Many are waiting to meet her in person and gift her something.
