CPM is taking a double standard in Sabarimala issue. The government filed an affidavit against the rituals and customs. They rejoiced when the verdict came, but changed the stance as the devotees protested, he said.

If CPM genuinely supports the believers, they should change the affidavit. No matter if we are ruling or not, UDF is of the stand that the interests of devotees should be protected, Oommen Chandy said.
