UDF takes anti-BJP stance, moves adjournment motion on Kodakara black money case
Thiruvananthapuram: UDF has decided to change their political move and strategy as LDF was successful in using anti-Sangh Parivar politics to strengthen the party. With this, they aim to convince the public that Congress and UDF are the strong critics of BJP. As part of this, UDF moved an adjournment motion on Kodakara black money case in the assembly.
During the polls, CPM and LDF alleged that BJP and Congress in Kerala are having the same thought and using the same word. LDF also took effort to prove that UDF and BJP attacked the government alike over the gold smuggling case.
Hence, UDF fought their first political battle in the assembly to change their image created by LDF. Opposition leader VD Satheesan also declared that UDF gives priority to counter communal politics. He made this declaration realizing the advantages of the anti-Sangh Parivar policy.
In the assembly, the opposition took a dig at the BJP and Sangh Parivar by naming the BJP leaders who are involved in the Kodakara black money case. But the Chief Minister didn’ t use the word ‘Sangh Parivar’ and name any of the BJP leaders.
UDF raised a sharp criticism against BJP for one hour in the assembly. But they didn’ t allege any lapses in the probe into the black money case. They pointed out chances to subvert the case through settlement talks. That means, the opposition eyed at political benefits through adjournment motion.
